Pelle Tornell

Pelle Tornell has over 25 years of experience of scaling companies as founder, entrepreneur, investor and advisor. He co-founded Enlight Interactive and served as the CEO from the start to the IPO on Nasdaq / Stockholm six years later. Before that he was the co-founder and CEO of the educational software company Levande Böcker.

Pelle started his entrepreneurial career in the Kinnevik group, a Swedish based investment company that has been a game changer, primarily in the media- and telecom industry in over 80 countries through a combination of founding, building and investing in growth companies.

Pelle is currently the CEO of ScaleUp Partners, a coaching and education company helping entrepreneurs and leaders navigate through the different phases of growth.

Pelle is also a prominent speaker, researcher and author on the topic of decision making in high growth firms. He combines his practical experience from various management positions in entrepreneurial ventures with research at Stockholm University. He is the author of the book ”Bestäm Dig” (You Decide - The science of making better decisions).

Pelle Tornell holds an MBA from INSEAD in France.
