With over 25 years experience in working with, and in IT & Tech Firms, Paul has founded and grown a number of firms in the consulting, education and technology space and has experienced many of the stages of growth that he guides other firm owners to grow through.

In 2007 Paul was lucky enough to realise the entrepreneurial dream of achieving his first successful life-changing exit to an ASX 100 listed company.

He is currently an investor and director of The Yield (an award winning AgTech business), a co-owner of Industrie&Co (A mid-sized innovation and technology builder for large financial services organisations, with nearly 150 developers in Sydney and Hong Kong), and in investor and Chairman of Access4 (A unified communications company with a partner channel of over 200 IT and Telco providers in Australia and NZ).

Paul is passionate about learning and growth in business. He especially loves helping business owners, and their management teams successfully grow their IT Service Firms, and since 2010 Paul has dedicated his time to working with other entrepreneurs and business owners to help them achieve the success they want from their firm. Paul continues to work with founders, CEOs and the management teams of IT Service Firms throughout Australia, New Zealand, UK, US, Europe and South East Asia.
