About

For more than 25 years Patricia Heyman has worked with leaders individually and in teams. She also has developed a Strategic Planning Process which highlights the engagement that is necessary for desired results. Her specialty is collaborative leadership and engagement for success.

She is certified as a Scaling Up Coach and is an active member of the Scaling Up Community as a consultant and coach for businesses who want to grow sustainably. She uses the Rockefeller Habits and the 4 Decision model as the central core of her work. Her extensive experience with leadership development and executive team strategy combines with the Scaling Up Methodology to create a dynamic experience of change.

Patricia has a keen eye for assessing organizational systems. She has vast experience in large group presentations, facilitated interactive and experiential seminars and corporate symposiums focused on dynamic change in leaders. She has worked in the US and abroad in Europe and Russia. Previously Patricia was President of a seminar company where she managed the company and facilitated seminars for personal and professional growth. She has taught at the graduate level and is a certified executive coach from the College of Executive Coaching. She has been a senior consultant on the executive coach faculty of the Global Institute of Leadership Development (GILD) and an Executive Learning Team Leader at GILD.
