My business experience spans roles as a managing director, global executive, business owner, investor, non-executive director, and business coach, with expertise in tech-enabled services, international expansion and cross-cultural leadership teams.

Mick has a track record of leveraging the disciplines outlined in Scaling Up, successfully growing businesses on two continents, from zero to $20 million and €100 to €350 million. The most recent being the European division of a tech-enabled global logistics enterprise. Transforming organizational culture, Mick built a cross-cultural leadership team and aligned strategy, focus and accountability. Profit and cash flow improved ten-fold, paving the way for expansion across 12 countries and creating hundreds of new jobs in the process.
