Fierce competitor in personal and professional life as a 30 year Ironman triathlete and bike racer. Prior to coaching, I was a C Level executive with 20+ years of leadership experience with sales and operations teams aimed at achieving aggressive growth, launching new products, capturing market share, acquiring and assimilating businesses, and executing selling and exit strategies. Proven record of success in businesses ranging from start-up to nearly $2B in revenue with individual P&L responsibilities up to $200M+.

Personal Highlights
Married 22 years and have a 19 year old daughter at the University of Mississippi. Spent 10 years coaching a national caliber fast pitch softball organization that sent nearly two dozen student athletes to college on scholarship. 30 years of triathlon racing and bike racing with approx 400 events completed including 7 Ironman events. 2017 world championship competitor. Passion for pushing others out of their comfort zone in an effort to improve.
