About
Prior to founding MAM Consulting, I was a partner and senior executive at EY, working in various leadership positions including as the Accounts Managing Partner responsible for top-line growth of a rapidly expanding business. I developed a best-in-class sales culture across a high-performing national team that grew to over 13,000. I have extensive experience building successful practices, driving business expansion and enhancing customer loyalty and engagement through the development of a market-leading culture of purpose. I bring more than 30 years of experience building and leading high-performing teams across sales, marketing, communications, strategy and product development and have established a reputation as an expert in growth strategy, business development, leadership and organizational transformation.
In my current role as Chief Growth Officer at M.A.M. Consulting Partners, a boutique business development and consulting firm, I coach CEOs on scaling up their business and working with organizations to accelerate profitable top-line growth focusing on culture, collaboration and relationships.
I am also an advisory board member at Meritus Trust, a global trust company based in Bermuda, and a board member at the New York Women’s Foundation, the #1 grant-maker in the US of programs focused on women and children. I serve on the Executive Committee, Chair the Audit Committee and am a member of the Committee of the Board which is responsible for the board’s governance and nomination oversight.
Professional Highlights
As one of the managing partners at EY in Financial Services, I led a business unit that grew from a 300M New York centric to a $5B organization across the US. This involved developing a thoughtful winning strategy, scaling up our people and processes, developing a sales culture and driving major transformations. I am also proud to have mentored and sponsored many colleagues into the partnership and various promotions.
Personal Highlights
My non-for-profit board work helping women and children below the poverty line; Center of Economic Development's Co-Chair Advancing Women in Corporate Leadership and leading various D&I initiatives at EY; Regional winner in the Developing Outstanding Leaders and Teams category for Better Begins With You, a global EY recognition program; and being named a David Rockefeller Fellow, Partnership NYC.
