Based in Costa Rica, Lisa is an Executive Leadership & Growth Coach with over 25yr high tech executive leader experience and 10yrs Coaching with a strong track record of taking on challenging assignments, leading change, developing leaders, building highly engaged teams and consistently delivering outstanding business results and supporting her clients to do so!
She passionately inspires and coaches corporate executives and entrepreneurs with a growth mindset across private and non-profit sectors to develop diverse talent pipelines, grow their businesses profitably and have fun while delivering outstanding business results. She is a certified Gazelles Growth Entrepreneur coach and International Coach Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC). Together with her Gazelle's business partner Juletta Broomfield, she has launched LEAP- Ladies Entrepreneurial Accelerator Program in Costa Rica to build female leaders across Central America.
She actively serves in her local community as President for non-profit Women's Club of CR (WCCR) and Treasurer for the Lincoln School US foundation. Lisa lives with her husband and three daughters in Costa Rica.
