Jeremy is both a practitioner as well as a coach of the Rockefeller Habits. Besides coaching others, he successfully implemented Scaling Up as a member of the leadership team in his company, growing net profits 6X between 2015 – 2018, and increasing cash in bank more than 8X within the same period.
He works with executive teams across Asia to scale their business and scale their impact. His clients have rated him an average of 9/10 as a coach, and have seen business growth between 40-400% over 3-year time frames. Some highlights are a Taiwanese furniture company that continues to grow 100% every year since 2017, a Philippines pharmaceutical company that grew 120% in 2018 and a Hong Kong fashion business that hit its highest profits in 17 years after implementing Scaling Up for 2 years.
Besides business growth, Jeremy also helps his clients to set lasting legacy goals that spur both dynamic growth and long-term impact. Some of these goals include creating 1m jobs in 10 years, clothing 1m people in 10 years, and enabling 1m under-privileged children to attend university in 10 years.
His personal mission is to help 100 CEOs in 10 years to impact 100m people.
He coaches and speaks at events in English and Mandarin throughout Asia, mainly through organisations like YPO, EO or YEN (Mandarin speaking).
Professional Highlights
Jeremy has a varied career ranging from an educator, to an entrepreneur, often an intrapreneur and now a Scaling Up coach. Besides being a coach, he is also part of the management team of a fast growing Scale-Up in Singapore who used Rockefeller Habits to turn the company from Red to Black to achieving 6X net profit growth in 3 years.
He is also a published author on career-ready skills for the 21st century. His first book is titled “Winning the Game of the 21st Century”, and was published in November 2014. Jeremy's second book titled THRIVE: Finding your Unfair Advantage in an Unfair World was published in 2018.
He also has a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Business from MIT Sloan/Columbia Business School. He incorporates digital transformation strategies into the Scaling Up/Rockefeller Habits framework to help clients transit their business models to scale in the 21st century leveraging on the benefits of digital transformation.

Jeremy is an author of 4 historical novels set in Asia. He was a history major and martial arts fan; he loves to find historical mysteries that can be turned into a story. All his books can be found on Amazon.
Jeremy believes that enlightened business is the solution to empowering the poor and enabling them to live lives of dignity and sufficiency. He is one of the founding members of TBN Asia (Transformational Business Network Asia), a part of Transformational Business Network in UK, an organisation that focuses on eradicating poverty through enterprise. TBN Asia is a platform that brings businesses with social impact, investors and resources together to eradicate poverty through the creation of jobs.
