Growing businesses and people is what Jason Rush is passionate about and has committed his life to doing. He has a proven and undeniable entrepreneurial record of starting, growing and exiting companies. After a career working with some of the nation’s largest commercial finance companies and banks - such as Heller Financial acquired by G Capital and Michigan National Bank acquired by ABN AMRO Banks - Jason started his first finance company when he was 27 years old and spent the next decade growing and selling finance companies.

In 2002, Jason discovered a book that changed his business and his life. Upon reading Mastering the Rockefeller Habits and implementing Verne’s teachings into his company, the culture revolutionized, employee turnover rate dropped to near nothing, revenue grew over 300% in 4 years and most importantly, Jason developed a strategy that allowed the company to pivot ahead of an economic curve.

Business coaching was a natural evolution after a friend asked Jason to help implement “the Habits” in his company and he has never looked back. He started coaching in 2009, and joined Petra Coach in 2016. During this time, Jason has worked with nearly 100 companies and facilitated over 350 completed planning sessions.
