James is passionate about working with leaders who want to build a successful, growing businesses. His focus is on helping business owners achieve a positive outcome – for themselves personally, and their business – by coaching and working them through a structured process, to achieve enduring results. Drawing on his management consulting experience, he is able to challenge leaders and teams, helping them build a clear strategy and plan, deliver quarter after quarter, year after year.
James is an ex-management consultant, turned business coach. He spent 14 years at the coal face helping organizations in South Africa and across Africa, improve and optimize their businesses. Ten of those years were with Ernst & Young Business Advisory Services, and four with SAHA International, a boutique consultancy which had offices in South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand. James is passionate about the Scaling Up framework and tools, and it forms an integral part of his coaching approach and results.
