Humberto Cano is a Business Coach and Advisor with over 30 years of professional and top management experience in multiple sectors and industries. He has formed part of leadership teams for three relevant business groups in Mexico, all with international or global operations.
Throughout his career as a finance professional and CFO, he has supported over 25 CEO's from medium private companies to internationally listed public companies in multiple sectors. As CFO he played a key role by supporting the CEO's and their leadership teams in both strategic planning and execution.
He has developed the ability and resilience to work with CEO's with a wide range of mindsets and leadership styles, also in different business moments, with multiple leadership teams and in both financially sound and distressed companies, in Mexico and in the United States.
Humberto's current personal driver and passion is to contribute to increase the society well-being through supporting CEO's and their leadership teams to achieve their companies goals while enjoying their professional and personal life. He is based in Mexico City.

Also there may be too much "drama" inside the organization, there is conflict or dissatisfaction. Teams are not aligned and/or the CEO or owner are overwhelmed and over worked and their personal balance and family are paying a toll.

Humberto is an avid learner and enjoys sharing his knowledge. He holds a Post Graduate diploma from Ecole Superieure de Commerce du Centre (Sup de Co Tours), France, an MBA from SUNY Buffalo with majors on International Business and Financial Planning and Control. He holds a bachelors degree in Finance from the Monterrey Institute of Technology in Mexico. Humberto has maintained a continuous international education participating in universities such as Thunderbird School of Global Management in Phoenix, AZ and IPADE in Mexico.
He has lived throughout Mexico, in the United States and in France.
Humberto enjoys his own family, being married, with one daughter and two sons and also his extended large family and friends. He loves outdoor activities, mountain biking, jogging and camping.
