My clients come to me when they feel frustrated, stressed, or unfulfilled. Frustrated because their business isn’t achieving its full potential. Stressed because they’ve been growing so fast, they need to manage their growth by adding systems, processes and structure. Unfulfilled because they can’t work any harder and are missing out on life with family and friends, neglecting exercise, and need help getting their teams aligned to achieve their vision for growth. Some also have a hidden fear that they have built a great company and don’t want to mess things up with their high aspirations for next level growth. What they all have in common is they want to achieve significant results, not only financially, but to have a positive impact on others’ lives. They also want to be free to live their dream life.
These growth-minded business leaders look to me to help them achieve structured growth, using proven systems and processes, my experience, and my expertise. They appreciate that I have not only walked in their shoes as an entrepreneur, growing One Horn Transportation 20x and beyond, but also have worked in large corporations and earned a Wharton MBA.

Professional Highlights
After earning my MBA, I worked in Corporate America running various health and beauty brands. I had my “entrepreneurial fit” in 2005, after reading The Millionaire Next Door and decided to leave corporate life to have more freedom and control over my life. After growing and scaling One Horn Transportation over 20x, I have extricated myself from the day-to-day and am free to live the life of my dreams. Being a business growth coach is my passion, it lights me up and makes me excited to get out of bed in the morning. I have been successful working with clients in both blue-and white-collar environments. Coaching leaders like you to grow your business is the culmination of my career and has become my calling!
Personal Highlights
What else does freedom to live my dream life mean to me? Chasing my wonderful husband and two adult children down black diamond ski slopes in France, scuba diving, and tourism outside the United States (pre-pandemic). Right now, I’m focused on strengthening my golf game, reading “book club” books, taking local beach walks, and enjoying being a foodie at home. I also speak French and have lived and worked in France.
