Alfonso is a 10 years executive, 10 years entrepreneur, 12 years CEO and 2 years professional coach who displays all of his experience and passion in the coaching process for top executives based on the Scaling Up methodology.

Alfonso lead and partnered a frozen food company called Mundo Marino from Start Up phase to a national presence in the foodservice and retail sectors. He also lead plus 25 successful product launches in Chile and LATAM for companies such as Unilever and Beiersdorf.

Alfonso is passionate about the cause of overcoming poverty for our region through entrepreneurship and education.

Alfonso is an Industrial Civil Engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and PDE from the Universidad de Los Andes. He has attended courses and workshops in drama performance, NLP, Consumer Understanding, Branding, Marketing, Strategic Communications, Leadership, Productivity and Scaling Up ©.
