About

I am known for being a big thinker – for pushing the boundaries of my client’s (and my friend’s) comfort zones and their beliefs in their personal abilities. But not just big thinking – I am also relentless about connecting big ideas with the details that make them happen. I have honed these aspects of my coaching skills while working with dozens of companies through my CPA firm over the past decade to implement systems of strategic planning and financial controls. With this background in financial analysis, a focus on workflow and process design, and a passion to help people dream big, I have the skill set to help organizations achieve operational excellence.

In 2016, I joined Gazelles as an independent coach, and founded Finanza Coach to connect entrepreneurs with the coaching and facilitation services needed to effectively grow their companies.

At Finanza Coach, I provide training workshops for CEOs and leadership teams of growth companies. I focus my clients on building strong cultural cores while reaching higher and achieving more than they ever thought possible.

Personal Highlights

I am married to Melina and we have a daughter, Samantha, and a son, Rex. While I grew up in the Midwest, we love and call the Pacific Northwest home. We love to eat great food in Seattle, go power boating in and around the Puget Sound, and spend time with our family and friends - preferably with a good bottle of WA red wine.
