Bob has over 35 years of combined executive and senior-level leadership experience in retail, manufacturing, professional and service Industries. He is a graduate of Marquette University and a retired Air Force/National Guard Officer with additional experience in training, administration, and management.
Bob has been employed in the corporate world as well as owned, operated and grown his own businesses, including a children’s clothing & school uniform company, printing company, manufacturing plant, wholesale distribution company, and a Business Growth and sales force development company.

Owns and operates the Wolf Creek Business Growth Institute, a regional sales force development and business growth company for over 19 years.
Owned and operated a Sandler Sales Institute franchise for the first five of those nineteen years.
Expanded the business to include strategic planning, a number of programs in the executive, management and staff development and assessment areas in addition to sales and sales management programs.
Provided training and development programs to over 325 businesses and organizations and 6000 employees in nineteen years.
Businesses ranged in annual revenue from $500,000 to over $160 million dollars.
Targeted businesses and organizations serviced are mid-size with a concentration in Family Owned Businesses and a variety of industries including energy, Oil & Gas pipeline, service, distribution, manufacturing and industrial based companies.

Born in Milwaukee, WI. I moved to Baton Rouge, LA 30+ years ago. I am married to Mary Edwards Lobos, Have 6 children, 13 grandchildren between us. Love to play tennis, travel and enjoy the grandchildren.
