The list is extensive, and includes the Business Excellence Awards winners "CEO of the Year" in 2018 and 2019, and "Fastest Growing Company" in 2018, as well as four Stevie Award winners, and multiple local awards for excellence in areas ranging from growth to company culture to customer service.
Additionally, Coach Karie dedicates up to 20% of her business to serve as a Master Coach - helping other Business Coaches to grow their practices and further the industry's impact as a whole.
Personal Highlights
Scott Kaufmann is Karie’s favorite geek, and loving husband of 15 years. As a mother of two, Coach Karie lives what she teaches by putting family first, based on her philosophy that being in business should give you more life, not suck the life out of you.
As a family they are active in the community, having served together on the board of Kids4Tech and volunteered extensively at Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Karie currently serves on the board of the Business Life Institute and the Newbreak Business Association, and helps to fund growing businesses as a Managing Partner of E47 Capital. Additionally, she is a Lifetime Partner and financial contributor to B1G1: Business for Good.
