Andy is the lead coach for Petra Coach Europe. At Petra we believe in a culture of 'No Try Only Do'. This means we’re rigorous about creating focus, detailed planning, and holding teams accountable to delivering results.
Our clients come to us because they're looking to drive change in their business and they know that working with the Petra team will ensure things get done. Working from our own business experience and using the proprietary Petra process, we support you and your team to define a clear and measurable set of priorities, implement a system to ensure these priorities get done, and build a culture of alignment, accountability and purpose.

Before becoming a Scaling Up coach, Andy used the tools of Scaling Up to successfully grow and develop his agency business in China past $10M, and sell it to his largest global competitor.
