Anita brings over 25 years of entrepreneurial business leadership experience. Her diverse background includes a unique combination of business ownership, operations, financial and sales management, all of which has enabled her to lead companies to dramatic increases in revenue and profitability. She has served as Founder, Managing Director, General Manager and Managing Partner over the span of her career.

Throughout her 12-year career as a Business Coach (primarily in the Asia region), Anita has specialized in successfully coached businesses through accelerated growth and organizational change. She has worked with over 40 clients from start-ups to mature scale ups preparing to exit and everything in between.
Anita's clients have one thing in common. They all need to make a positive impact on their own clients and communities as they scale.
Her client base is comprised of a diverse mix of clients, in a wide variety of industries, a partial list of which includes: medical, technology, retail, FMCG, light, and heavy manufacturing, staffing & recruiting, non-profit, construction and professional services.
Personal Highlights
Anita has a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from De Montford University, Leicester UK and a Masters Degree in the Neuroscience of Leadership from Middlesex University in London. She is currently certifying with the International Coaching Federation as a Master Coach (of which there are only 900 in the world). She is also a wife and a proud mother of two thriving teens. They spend as much of their free time either mountain biking or skiing together.
