For more than 20 years, Ann Ralston has dedicated herself to helping boards, leaders, teams, and organizations achieve dramatic, sustainable results that matter to them, in alignment with their values. She does this by helping them master and balance strategy, innovation, culture and pragmatic execution as they scale.

Ann brings a wealth of experience, spanning public, private and social sectors – from start-ups to global Fortune 50 firms. Client industry segments include healthcare, software development, technical and engineering, social enterprise, associations and NGOs, global food and beverage, k-12 education, research and more.
Ann has worked in wellness and health care for over 35 years. In the seven years before co-founding Ralston Consulting Inc. in 1997, Ann served as an internal organizational development (OD) and leadership consultant for senior management in the OhioHealth System.
Ann holds a Masters in Exercise Science, and myriad OD and coaching certifications, including:

In her community, Ann is passionate about creating amazing, life-changing education opportunities for youth. She co-founded Central Ohio Robotics Initiative (CORI) and is on the board of the PAST Foundation. An active Rotarian, Ann is also a past president for both Dublin A.M. Rotary and its Charitable Foundation.
