My name is Peter Smith. I live in Melbourne Australia and I am proud to be certified as a Scaling up Business Coach.
Over the past 30 years, I've been fortunate to work with some iconic businesses and brands, including Apple, Samsung, Telstra, Carrier and Goodyear.
During that time, I built and led sales teams to ensure the might of these brands never wavered, successfully navigating the challenges of a competitive landscape, margin pressure and fickle consumer confidence.
In leading sales and service operations, I found there were "magic formulas" for leading, refocusing and redefining teams to drive growth. It was my passion and drive to help produce constant growth and continuous improvement that led me to explore the Scaling Up practice in my own telecommunications business.
I see coaching assignments as an opportunity to be of service to my clients and the wider community. More than ever before, help is what is needed. As we progress through the new Covid world, businesses of all types and sizes need to be confident that they have a chance.
