About
After studying electrical engineering, he began a career in the Siemens group.
His special competence is combining technology and business, which he has demonstrated in practice and bolstered with sound training, completing an Executive MBA at MIT, Stanford University, INEAD, and the Indian Institute of Management.
Markus has built up several startups in succession, most recently as the CEO of Caterva GmbH in Pullach just south of Munich, which developed an operating system for intelligent networked power storage units. Before that, he launched EnOcean GmbH, which pioneered battery-less radio technology and is synonymous with flexible, energy-efficient buildings.
Working as scale up coach, he combines two things he enjoys:
