Shannon Byrne Susko is the CEO and Head Coach/Advisor of ShannonSusko.com, helping CEO’s and Top Executives in a variety of industries. She co-founded, served as CEO, and lead the sales team of two companies in less than six years: Subserveo Inc. and Paradata Systems Inc. Shannon has written two best-selling books – The Metronome Effect and 3HAG WAY founded upon her experience scaling up her companies. This books are considered the “street version” of Scaling Up. Shannon has been there and done that and now wants to impact CEOs and their leadership team to achieve their goals easily. She is a recipient of Canada’s Top 40 under 40, the Sarah Kirke Award for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, one of Canada’s Top 150 Women, and received YWCA Women of Distinction awards both for Technology and Entrepreneurship.
