Active member and former president of "EO Montreal", the Entrepreneurs Organization, whose mission is to create the most influential community of entrepreneurs in the world. Shawn actively participates in mentoring programs, helping young entrepreneurs improve as business leaders and individuals.

Shawn believes deeply in the development of talent, utilizing the "Topgrading" Methodology, with the aim of helping companies achieve rapid growth by finding the most talented people to implement innovative strategies.

A passion for endurance sports fuels his daily routine. Shawn directly correlates business success with the discipline required to complete difficult athletic challenges.
